Janne speaks frequently and teaches on the topics of the changing roles of institutions in cities and the potential of innovation districts as a new model of urban economic development. Janne has been an instructor in the planning studios in Harvard’s Master of Urban Planning program between 2010 and 2015. She is currently the Co-chair of the University Development and Innovation Council at the Urban Land Institute.
